Personal Directory

The personal contact directory is a feature that allows users to create and store a list of personal contacts that can be accessed from their Connexium apps by 3CX. These personal contacts can include phone numbers, email addresses, and other contact information for individuals or businesses that are not part of the company's shared directory.

It is especially useful for users who need to keep in touch with clients, colleagues, or other business contacts outside their company.

Users can simply enter the contact's information into the Connexium applications for Android, iOS, Windows or macOS to use the personal contact directory. It's a convenient way for users to keep track of their personal contacts and communicate with them through the 3CX phone system without having to use a separate phone or email client.

The personal contact directory is limited in that it is only accessible by the user who created it and is not synced with desk phones. This means that it cannot be accessed by other users or devices, so it cannot be used to store and manage contacts for an entire organization.
