On behalf of the Connexium team, I would like to welcome you among our customers.

Your new telephony system offers you many new possibilities. Let's have a quick look at them together.

NO MORE LONG-DISTANCE CALLS!

CANADA:
Your phone service includes calls anywhere in the 10 Canadian provinces.

Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut are not included and will be charged at the current international rates.

THE UNITED STATES:
The United States includes the 48 continental states.

Alaska, Hawaii and territories such as Puerto Rico will be charged at the prevailing international rates.

INTERNATIONAL CALLS:
An international or overseas call is a pay-per-use call and will be billed on a per-minute basis. All calls outside the 10 Canadian provinces and 48 continental states are considered long distances.

As a security measure, all international calls are blocked by default. They will be unblocked upon request by your administrator.

MAKING A CALL

LOCAL CALL:
From Saint John's, Newfoundland to San Francisco, California, it's all local baby!It is no longer necessary to dial 1 before the number for calls to the 10 Canadian provinces or the 48 continental states.

Do not dial 9 before making a local call.

INTERNAL CALL:
To reach a colleague, simply dial their extension number or press the shortcut button on your phone. (See picture below)

You can also find a list of all your colleagues from your phone in your company directory (if available).
