HD Voice Audio Calls is the new standard in phone telephony and all devices and services offered by Connexium support it. 

HD Voice is available and fully supported when performing a call where both ends have HD voice configured and will also work for an internal call between extensions and Connexium customers, system recordings or messages.

Please note:

• Due to the nature of this technology, HD voice calls may not be available when calling regular landlines or mobile phones.
• External HD voice calls to other telephone providers are out of our control and cannot be guaranteed.
