Call park/unpark

The Call Park feature of your phone system allows a user to place an incoming call on hold and then retrieve it from another extension. This can be useful in situations where a user needs to transfer a call to another extension, but the other extension is currently in use.

For example, suppose a customer calls a sales rep and the rep needs to transfer the call to a manager for further assistance. In that case, the rep can use the Call Park feature to hold the call and then transfer it to the manager when the manager becomes available.

The Call Park feature is similar to a call forward in that it allows a call to be transferred to another extension. However, the Call Park feature allows the call to be held in a "parking lot" and retrieved later, while a call forward immediately transfers the call to the specified extension. This can be useful in situations where the user needs to transfer a call to another extension, but the other extension is not immediately available to take the call.

This function is now rarely used in favour of the call transfer function.
